Leonardo Club Hotel Dead Sea

Leonardo Club Hotel Dead Sea

8/10 Good
"In the hotel industry, it is often said that the reception desk is the heart of the hotel. Unfortunately, in this case, this heart is not functioning as it should. From our very first contact with the reception team, we experienced a very unprofessional approach. A young receptionist with long black hair tied in a ponytail was unfriendly, cold, and showed a lack of respect towards the guest. Instead of a feeling of hospitality, we experienced an unpleasant atmosphere, which unfortunately affected our overall impression of the stay. During the conversation, another member of the reception team joined in. Instead of calmly helping to resolve the situation, he raised his voice and interrupted the conversation. Such behaviour should not happen in a hotel that aims to maintain high standards of service. This is a great disappointment, because the hotel itself has many advantages. The food is very tasty, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the entertainment is very well organised, and the swimming pool is a great asset of this place. Another major advantage is the hotelโ€™s perfect location โ€” directly on the Dead Sea, creating a unique atmosphere and allowing guests to fully enjoy the beauty of this region. The hotel has everything needed to create wonderful memories and encourage guests to return. Unfortunately, the first impression and the interaction with the reception team left a significant disappointment. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of servi"

10/10 Excellent
"I been traveling across Israel with my family and stayed in many hotel and this hotel is by far taking the crown in regards to customer service. The front desk manager has a Ritz Carleton mentality where he goes above and beyond to please his guests. We had some issues with the sleeping arrangements and he solved it in seconds. The staff at the hotel is helpful and accommodating except the service in the lobby which is lazy and unaccommodating. It's almost feels like a different section that does not belong to the hotel. Having said that the rest of the hotel is wonderfully accommodating in all levels. We ate at the hotel our entire stay and the food was magnificent. The only thing I will add is I wish the waiters at the dining room will serve water and drinks at the table instead of guest bringing it from the buffet, the glasses are small and half of it spills until you get to the table. All in all we had a great time I will definitely recommend it and be back for sure."
