"Felt a bit unorganized, they can step up the dead sea lounge experience. There was no towels, no one checks on you to see if you need anything, kind of have to go and try to piece everything together."

"Breakfast is great, lunch is good but not excellent. Rooms are clean, but some refreshment is needed. "

"The food is wonderful , no doubt .I booked a panoramic view room .That means upgraded room . We get that old room , not updated , broken drawer , no table at the balcony .Near the elevator. The engine is heard all day and all night. And the clerk at the reception said , its what you booked for .period"

"I checked few hotels in Ein Bokek. Some of them have AC very noisy. This hotel was very quiet in this matter. Another good thing was, no kids. It was another reason for a quiet place. The only problem was, I was in non-smoking area outside with the sign "No smoking". Some people disregarded the sign and they smoke. I asked person on front desk to get involved in this matter , but he just ignored it. He suppose to stop them from smoking or to send then to a smoking area."

"We got the room earlier than expected. The room was bigger as we were 3 in the room and they accommodated us with three separate beds that was perfect for our needs. Breakfast is superb! Lots of options (even vegan!). The hotel has a private beach a few minutes walking distance which is perfect if you don’t want to pay for seats at the beach. Super helpful staff! We had a great time!!"

"Staff is super!! The room,the pool,the spa, breakfast,all great. A beautiful place. We came to celebrate birthday and there was no attention to that. (The place is not generous,other then a few cookies in the room ) Food in the restaurants is expensive without proportion. Other then that,it was a great vacation"
