"Really took care of us.Appreciate it was really busy with two conferences going on but it was managed well by the hotel. Breakfast was great. Staff were incredibly friendly. Good introduction to the room with staff remembering our names which was unusual. Overall a very nice experience "

"Eq Hotel sets the standard for luxury accommodation. From the minute we arrived to our departure we were treated like royalty. Every request was accommodated. Mini bar and snacks were a lovely surprise. Breakfast buffet was out of this world. Special thank you to the bell boy at breakfast entry. He is so fun and happy He made me a coffee to take on my outing which was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be a seating area at the main entrance as I sat on the water feature by accident thinking it was a seat. For which I do apologise. Thank you for having us. "
