"Room assigned turn out not matching as on the reservation. Rooms are too small, there are not enough space freely to move around."

"About 15-20 mins out of town depending on traffic. Very easy to get a grab from here. We stayed in a villa and it was spectacular. The mountains views were amazing to wake up to and the villa itself was clean and cozy. We loved all the gardens and vegetables growing around us and the staff had four cats that we ended up giving way too much attention to! Will definitely be staying here again :)"

"Valley views were amazing. Meals were good. Staff was especially friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed playing with their pets. My kids loved playing darts in the lobby. Since it was low season, I felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. There's not much around the immediate vicinity, but you can take an inexpensive Grab to the village in the valley or walk down if you don't mind walking back up."

The classically modern room was spacious, clean, with a large balcony and a beautiful view where you can spend hours relaxing. The condition of the hotel was also excellent. "The view is amazing. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and daily changes. Shower curtain was bit old."

"The room was clean overall but the curtains had several spots/stains on them. The room door would not lock shut from the outside when you are leaving. I was nervous about leaving the whole time I stayed. The pool had no water in it (but it was too windy to swim). The shower flooded and everything was dated and need refreshed. However the staff was very friendly."

"A beautiful view that changes as the day progresses. It's such a calming experience when compared to the pace and noise of Sapa. Being walking distance from both a Hmong and a Dao village. The restaurant breakfast has an ever changing menu and you overlook the rice fields and the Lau Chai village below. We took advantage of the spa and infinity pool that were both exquisite experiences. It's pricier than many accommodations in the region but you get good value for your money."
