"The owner was very lovely and polite, he prep matcha tea for welcoming us also offering fresh bread making in the morning for our breakfast but my family were very tired from a long day travelling and activities we did in the area, we just want to sleep in so we had to miss out on that. House was clean. The bath was the highlight for us. Just the tap in both toilets a bit hard to operate so we had to wash our hands in the bathroom instead."

"The hotel it's small but super clean and well done. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom huge. The only thing is that is on a quiet neighborhood so it's like 20 minute walk to the canal and Nishiki market but still centric enough. Also, the futon sounds like a good idea until the second night and your hips are dying...just saying. It's not as easy as you think if you are 35 or older..."

"we stayed in the sea room with my wife and son. From what I see it's the one with the least amount of games, yet it was fantastic. we really loved the layout and the decor is perfect for a child. I can say with absolute certainty it was my son favorite hotel during our entire trip in Japan. he was delighted to sleep on a boat bed with Mr. Otopus and climbing up and down the boat chimney.
