The station is less than a 5 minute walk. They also offer taxi assistance to the airport, but not a shuttle. You do have to pay within 1330 twd. Still a great stay "

I also appreciated the wide variety of complimentary items provided, including a coffee machine, tea, soft drinks, beer, soda water, snacks, and even cup noodles — a really nice touch!
