Front desk staff was not very friendly and treated us like business as usual when we checked in. Room was small but clean and most of the essentials are there. The hotel is located near the shopping and subway station that is very convenient.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is safe and clean. And it is located next to a subway station that will take you anywhere you want to go in Taipei.

Very clean, comfortable, and organized rooms. The location is also very convenient for transportation and the night market.

The range hotel is fine just across the road from the MRT although the room not massive it has all amenities. The breakfast was a small choice Not good if you are coeliac no GF alternatives and English limited Bed very comfy walk in shower and bath tub and a fancy toilet with heated seat and water jets

The room looks modern and is very clean. My room even had a balcony (view of the mountain) and can see the MRT track, yet it is not noisy. Very easy access to multiple bus routes (walk to the next block) and the building is right across from exit 2 of the JianTan MRT station! Many different types of food choices here (walking distance). Very convenient! I will be back again.

I booked a room that states it is over 400 sq ft but I checked in and they said they don’t have the room I reserved so gave me a smaller room at first then gave me another room which was not even cleaned up as yet from previous customers. So at the end they still gave me a much smaller room that I booked with. I should get a refund for this stay because they didn’t live up to their standard!

The redline train is across from the hotel and yet you dont hear the train running. Buses are closed by and walking distance to Shilin night market. The property is clean and easy to get through. Wifi is excellent

首先房間舒適度的確很好,位置也十分完美,走幾步就是捷運站, 對人生路不熟的外地遊客很友善, 可惜風景最好的窗在廁所那邊,這個是個遺憾 另外插座設計不太合理, 裝得太低被木板(或地板檔住了), 插頭很易被掰彎弄壞電線 另一點難接受是沒有公用/房間內置洗衣機, 所以要洗衣服得委託房務幫忙洗,而且價錢很貴 如果把這點跟隔壁同公司營運的inn相比更甚,那邊每個房間也有洗衣機,也有公用洗衣機, 而且都不用收費 就以上論點論cp值,如果你想住方便一點,推薦隔壁的inn,隔壁inn跟酒店最大分別也就房間小一點而已,另外也沒早餐提供
