Imaginative decor using local artists. Many facilities included. Pleasant and helpful staff. Included breakfast with choice between voucher at Mos Burger very nearby (recommended) or buffet at the other Morwing Hotel a couple of blocks away (tip - if you do not plug in and switch on the heated containers for the food it goes cold!). Vey near the Fuzhong MRT station so easy for city centre and airport. Near to the Lin Family Mansion and Garden, 15 minute walk, which is one of the best things to visit in Taipei. Near to two temples that were worth a visit. Right in among shops and restaurants. To find the hotel, leave Fuzhong MRT by exit 2. Cross the main road using to pedestrian bridge (a large tube) and go down the road at right angles to the main drag. Take the second turning on the right. At the end of this small road, you will see the Morwing Hotel sign opposite. Enter to find an open lift lobby. Take the lift to Floor 6. This is the Morwing reception. If we ever go back to Taipei, we would happily stag here again. Thank you to Esther, Daisy and the other helpful staff who pointed us in the right direction.

Our room aircon was not working well for the 1st 2 nights. After the staff was told, they gave us a fan for the time being as rooms are fully occupied. On the 3rd night, we were changed to a bigger room. Their service was excellent and they gave us parting gifts

Hotel that is a hidden gem
This is my second time staying in this hotel and more than 5times staying with a Morwing hotel chain. In short, I just love Morwing!

The staff are ver friendly and the hotel is prett good. The room is small, but it is clean and tidy. I think it is an excellent value for the price you pay. The breakfast is not too bad. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a good value one. The sound insulation isn't the best, but it is a great hotel anyway.

A stay near to perfection
Perfect hotel in the Fuzhong MRT area where the MRT station, shopping & good food are a stone's throw away; 7-11 is just at the ground floor. The Deluxe room is simply near to perfection, clean and spacious. My stay was during the cold winter period & I appreciated so much that dehumidifier is provided. Every guest has free access to laundry room, coffee machine, microwave & PC/internet ( though there is free wifi in the room) in the common area. The staff are attentive, friendly and they explained information clearly. This is the 2nd Morwing hotel that I stayed in Taipei & both encounters are positive and I feel cosy during my both stays.

Value for money, centrally located hotel
Wonderful location. Staff were helpful as well. Room was clean albeit sewage smell creeping in once in a while. Other than that, no other further comments. Breakfast wise , MOS burger breakfast was excellent. I did not venture to the other branch of Morwing for breakfast due to time constraint so I couldn't comment on that. Definitely value for money

Hotel easy to find and just a short walk from MRT. Near lively area and has many convenient stores near there. The staff change bed linen everyday that make me very happy about it.

Excellent service
This is one of the best small-scale hotels largely due to their excellent service (all the receptionists were great especially Matt and Maggie!!!). They have free drinks, free laundry, all the staff were very kind and courteous. Would definitely consider staying here again. MRT station is very walkable and it connects you everywhere. Each room has a theme which makes it a bit more fun, too!

Clean and neat rooms, albeit small.
Hotel staffs were friendly, greeting you politely as you enter and leave the lobby. Rooms were neat and clean too, but are in reality much smaller than what the photos depict. Do note that the room photos have been edited to look more spacious, as evident by the inproportionately wide and narrow appearance of the beds from side view and frontal view respectively. The breakfast included is either a traditional Taiwanese breakfast at another hotel outlet located about 15mins walk away, Or a mosburger coupon that you can redeem right beside the hotel. Location wise, the hotel does not fare well as it is an approximate 20mons walk away from the nearest subway and night market. Nothing much to do within the vicinity of the hotel too.

Make you feel at home.
Total stayed 5 nights there. Other than the superb location, the hotel provides very good services other than the usual. We can have access to microwave, laundry & dryer, kitchen etc. Made you feel at home.

Located near a night market and there are a few convenient stores and 24hrs restaurants around. So for someone who needs food all the time, its good. Breakfast is either MOS burger coupon or buffet (Served at Morwing 2 - abt 3 to 5mins walk away. Laundry facilities is provided but I would recommend to bring ur own laundry net to prevent damage to your clothing. Overall service and all are great ! Cheers, Joyce

Friendly helpful staff with maps and very useful advice, great location, quiet, comfortable bed and room; provided voucher for set breakfast burger choices at Mosburger.. Very accessible to public transport, restaurants, shopping, night markets. Complete self-serve no-charge Laundry facilities. Good wifi. Nice lobby with water and hot tea, coffee service. Snacks with water in room.

Pleasure trip in Taipei
Excellent location. Right cross street of night market, very convenient location, but not too noisy. Excellent staff service. Free laundry, dryer service and free laundry detergent. Also very close to the Ta Yu Bus Stop in Banqui, easy access to the international airport. We'll visit here again.

Great place to stay.
The staff are very helpful friendly. The beds are comfortable and rooms and public area are well maintained and clean.Convenient for bus and subway. Some of the staff remembered us from a previous stay .The manger is very nice also. This hotel is reasonably priced and a good place to relax.

Nice hotel close to city centre and night market
Quite a nice hotel. Situated in a building with other facilities. They also have a branch close by where they serve breakfast there. Each room has their theme while our theme was Rock never dies. I hope they could have given us a preference or something. The sound insulation was not too pleasing but overall, nice room with all the facilities we need, comfortable stay

Very pleasant stay.
I've stayed in this hotel for many times. And my stay have always been very pleasant every time. Hotel is located near to the Mrt station. Good room size, modern furnishings, with clean room and shower area. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Very good value for the price.

I stayed here 4 nights. I will stay here again in my next visit to Taiwan. It is a small but nice decorated lodge. Don't be confused by the word "hotel". Its location is great. You can easily take bus to arrive here from the airport. The bus stop is just in 1 minute walking to the hotel. (However, the bus stop going to airport is at next street. I traveled alone and buying a lot of stuffs at Taiwan with 2 heavy luggage. Its staff suggested me to order the shuttle. I did.) You can reach the MTR station by 8 minute walking, High-speed Rail and the Taiwan Railroad stations in 15 minute walking. I traveled to Taipei City with the MTR, to the south by high speed railroad,and to north by the Taiwan railroad. It is really convenient. My room is clean and big enough. However, I was arranged to the room behind the front desk and near the small reception area. Parties always gather here before going out and after coming back. They talk, chat, , share fun, laugh in loud voice here. It is noisy in morning and night. I think other room should be better. The map that they provide for the surrounding is in opposite to the common practice. The north is at the bottom. I had difficulty to look for its Night Market at the first night with the Google Map. Be careful on this. I saw that they have the laundry facility(but I did not use them). It should be nice for family's stay. Overall, I recommend it for people not looking for luxury.
