Upon arriving I was told they overbooked and that I had to go to a different hotel. When I got there the hotel knew nothing about it. After waiting several hours just inn said a room would be available soon but then they advised that I needed to go to a third hotel. That was a building 🏢 under construction with no lobby that smelled like fresh paint. As compensation for lost tome, missed meetings etc they gave a complimentary Extra day. (To be continued) Very very unhappy

A very cute hotel with friendly staff. Our room was very small but cute and nicely appointed. The location is excellent, very close to all transportation.

The hotel is on the third floor of a converted industrial building. The rooms have a creative abstract kind of decoration which might not be in everyone's tastes. I thought it was cool though. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient near Taipei Main Station.

Rundown but cozy inn
Location is great. 15 mins walk to the popular ximending and 10 mins walk to taipei main station to airport. Room is small, recommended for single or couple backpackers. Conveninent stall is just below the inn and a massage place within 50 metres from the inn.

A perfect short stay hotel
Nicely designed room with all the things you need in a short stay hotel. Excellent service and location. The rooms are small but even with this it is a VERY cheap room for the location, quality and service. Would definitely recommend for short stays.

I like that Just Inn Taipei is clean, including the beddings and the aircon. The aircon functions well and they provide humidifier in the rooms. The beddings are clean and there’s no smell. I’m just not digging the “industrial, unfinished” design as it makes the place look unkempt although it’s really clean to start with. Would also prefer white lights instead of yellow lights. The bathroom floor tiles can have some texture as the smooth-finish tiles makes the bathroom floor slippery.

Nice Hotel Near Taipei Main Station
Perfect location with a few minute walk from the Taipei Main Station. Easy to catch the Airport MRT or buses. Quite a lot of shops in the area. Also walkable to Ximen. Location is definitely top rated. Good price point and reasonable room size. Cleaniness is all fine. Staff at front desk 24/7 and helpful. I had a great stay there. Will stay again.

Location of this hotel is ideal, near to city hall and the MRT station. Taipei 101 is 15mins walk away, along the way is plenty of shopping and eateries, busy overhead walkways. Only downside is that the rooms are pretty small.

Staff was super accommodative. We have accidentally booked a date later since we got confused by the pass midnight timing. The staff was still able to provide us with a room and only charge us the difference. We were also able to temporarily leave our luggage to explore the city during the day after check out. Will definitely stay here again.

The room is small but adequate. Excellent location with great connectivity. The reception staff provides thoughtful recommendations when needed and is polite and friendly. Great incorporation of arts in their design of the roooms.

Just what we need in terms of space. The design of the room is also cool. Madi was very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this for your stay in Main Taipei. My only comment is we had a difficult time finding it because there is an uninviting hotel (not just inn) in the ground floor, you have to go to the 2nd floor to be at Just Inn hotel.

It was really nice to have a second stay at Just Inn Taipei, when we first visited it in Hong Kong. It is really convenient if you wanna go to any sightseeing areas or even out of the town, since Guoguang bus station is just nearby.

Spent one night before I flew out to NZ. Checked in and the helpful staff gave me maps for restaurants and directions. English was limited but we got by. Room was very small but surprisingly well laid out, although I had a hard job to move once my case was opened. Couldn't really work the air-con, no instructions in English and at 25C setting, although cooler than outside, I found it hard to sleep with the heat. All the basics supplied and I was able to check out an hour late to get in a bit more shopping and a shower before I left for the airport. Fifi on the front desk was really helpful and pleasant.

The price is right for this place...
The location was perect, the staff was very nice, the room had everything that you need but it is pretty small. Overall the hotel was clean and they had a few free things like toothpaste and such. I would stay here again.

Really liked the hotel - location, price, comfortable bed, free coffee, transport links and WiFi connectivity are all in its favour. Very easy to get to from both main airports - via bus and high speed rail. Metro station, two museums, three shopping malls and Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall are all closeby. There are also plenty of convenience stores in the vicinity that are open 24-7. Last but not the least, staff are very helpful and polite.

The room was a little small (not enough to keep luggage open at all times) but it is located in a very good area for food and shopping (Taipei main station). Hot water available in the showers at all times.
