Great location for the price

The location is great. So close to MRT City Hall station. Walking distance to great shopping. Walking distance to TPE 101. Also to night market and elephant mount is about 25 min walk. Lots of good little local restaurants nearby and 7-11 /family mart. Hotel was a little worn as far as the room goes. But staff was nice and rooms were promptly cleaned daily. Would definitely consider staying again.

Excellent helpful late check in service. As positioned limited service boutique hotel, it reminded me very early their exact FO service time and ask when I will check in. I take off plane and go to work in Beitou directly and then need to attend business welcome dinner in Tianmu. Enrich House sends very detailed instruction to me with door key location, entrance password, WIFI password and emergency call. Thus I can check in at 11 pm.

if you're not a hotel snob, this place is PERFECT

Excellent in every way! - Provided us an email with detailed check-in info, 24hrs prior. - Very responsive via email, even after hours (8:30pm) - Was even able to reach a hotel concierge through Taiwan's media platform (LINE) - Room was exactly as pictured and very clean. - Allowed us the option/flexibility to extend our check-out time, with very reasonable hourly rate. - Called a larger taxi for us to the airport (we had 5 suitcases) - We loved how cozy this place was. Also couldn't have asked for a better location, just a 5 min walk to MRT (Taipei Metro), walking distance to 101, local night market, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Shower toilet =no

The location and staff we nice but that was the only thing that was good about this place. The walls were paper thin and when the neighboring room turned on water the pipe made this loud clanging noise. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room was very small, so much that the toilet and shower were in the same space 2 feet away. Some how the ventilation poured in smoke from the neighboring room so there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in our room.

Okay location. WiFi was down from 8pm to 10am, hard fail there. Strong incense smell, air conditioning barely enough for the room, dead cockroach in the sink in the am. Mostly the internet though... It's a necessity.

Was rated as excellent so my wife and I expected a bit more. Wouldn't have gone so far as 'excellent', but the place was clean, staff were friendly and helpful when they were around (no staff around after 8pm everyday), and the location was definitely convenient. As far as bare bones accommodation go, this place was great value for money.

Nice budget hotel

It is my second time staying at enrich house and i believe it was a very nice budget hotel! Enrich house is tucked away in an alleyway not far from W, it is about 3 mins walk from the station. It is so centrally located that it has a lot around it. Rooms are decent sized and clean, hotel staffs are not there 24-7 but they are very helpful and make sure that they follow through with every request and ensure a smooth check in. The only down side is that some rooms that are close to the main door are rather noisy.

Cozy hotel, 5-7min walk to City Hall Station

Room was clean and comfortable to stay in, hotel reception operates till 8pm only but they are always ready to help when approached. Room was kept very clean throughout our 6 days. Had some trouble finding the hotel when we first arrived as it’s location on Google Maps was off by 20-30 metres, and is hidden among all the local houses. Location is great, walking distance to Xinyi Shopping Area and Taipei 101. Lots of local eateries, cafes and convenience stores around, all within 10 min walk. Highly recommended :)

Clean, quiet, relaxing stay..value for money

Great location. Near MRT, walking distance to Taipei 101, Sun Yat Sen Memorial, Raohe night market and lots of local and international food outlet. Had a relaxing and quiet rest. Room space is maximized well. Nice room design. Very clean and comfortable. Value for money. A hidden gem. We stayed here for a night (out of 7) but we wish we could have stayed here althroughout our leisure trip in Taipei.

Nice hotel

The hotel location very good and the room very convenient, there have a lot food stalls around the hotel. The reception girl is very kind when we ask for the place that we want to go she explain patiently.

Excellent hotel, v.convenient location, fair price

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and do their best to overcome language barriers. Self contained, small room. Overall, excellent hotel, reasonably priced and conveniently located close to many transport options (MRT Blue line, City Hall bus station) Walking distance to points of interest, Taipei 101, museum, Eslite, etc. Tons of food and shopping.

Room itself is nice but bed needs to be better

The rooms themselves are actually large and well-designed and overall I would recommend. The problems: the wifi to your room can be weak (but maybe you can join another available network; I didn't have time to try), the twin beds in our room were not good quality since you can feel the springs a little (but definitely still sleep-able), this small hotel is not staffed around the clock.

The location is good, close to mrt station. But...

I stay with my friend, 2person in tatami room. Overall okay valued for the price, just the bathroom. Raised floor bathroom, if you turn on the shower with high volume water flow, might cause the mini foyer flooding, so might have to careful on that. That's on of the reason, you have let them clean your room everyday. Basin is outside the toilet, which is only suitable for you to brush teeth. Overall I would like to rate 6/10. 4 is for the location, 2 is the environment, not too bad. Might have a visit again if cheaper price.

Rest and Relax

Location is good, along streets there are surrounded with food shops, small restaurants and near taipei city hall station. Just 10mins walk to 101 Taipei iconic, and shopping centres are within walking distance from taipei city hall station. Overall, we are happy. We are grateful to mgmt especially they allowed us to check in early without any charge so we did manage to have some rest.

Convenient & VERY Clean Room

Very happy with our stay at Enrich House ***** 5 Star for a small budget hotel. I didn't feel "budget" at all. 4 comfortable nights fly by so fast that I was rather sad to leave Enrich House. For the price I paid, this is super value for money.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed at Enrich house for a running race which started early in the morning, so the location was perfect for us. Really centrally located with very convenient transportation options around yet quiet neighbourhood. Walkable distance to 101, reasonably priced for Xinyi district. Good enough for a stay unless you're the type who stay at hotel for its facilities

Good location but way over priced for the occasion

This is the first time I booked via this website. I searched the room based on we were two adults and one child. Was given the choice of 'Vila'. Upon arrival, realized there was no way it would fit all of us. One of us had to sleep on the floor that night as all the rooms were booked with no option to change. Was not happy about that.

Good Value, Good Location

1) I took an airport bus. It's the last stop at the City Hall Station. The hotel is about 10 min walk. Have to print the map as it is in a small lane near the Subway Exit 4. It is just 5 min walk to XinYi shopping area, 10-15 min walk to 101. 5 min walk to subway. Very good location. 2) Value for money. Though no breakfast, there are nice cafes just outside the hotel and little shops. 3) I maybe a little mean to rate the room cleanliness as 3 as I found a few strand of hair on the floor and 1 on my bed when I checked in. I'm just more particular. Otherwise, the hotel is new and fresh-looking and nice. 4) The bed is not as comfortable but I cannot compare with those fluffy 5-star hotel bed nor can I complain for the price I pay.

Super nice hotel - great stay !

It was super nice stay . The hotel is small but clean . The area is very convenient for shopping and foods . It is very safe even you return hotel late and there isn't the reception after 10pm. The staffs are very friendly and helpful .

A nice and small hotel

A very family feeling hotel. It is surrounded by local residents with a few restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to big shopping malls. Hotel staff is very nice and if you are just asking for a rest and nothing more, this is a good place. Room has access to covered terrace, can enjoy a cup of tea but may kiss some mosquito in summer time.

Cozy accomodation at a great location!

Location is within five min walk from city hall MRT station, stable wi-fi within the room, the room is clean and bathroom came with a great deep soaking bathtub! The receptionists were very helpful, but do note their English is limited. Would book the same accommodation the next round in Taipei!

Good location

Very clean hotel, reasonably priced, near City Hall MRT. Lots of eating places nearby. The receptionist I talked to spoke excellent English. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Because it is a small hotel there are no facilities- room only.

Perfect for those just needing a place to sleep

For those that just need a place to rest their head at night, this is the perfect place to stay. The room was clean and it had everything you needed (bed, shower, toilet, sink, tv, small frig, etc). The hotel was minutes away from the City Hall Bus/Subway station and was very reasonably priced for its location. I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit!!

地點方便

居住地點在市區巷弄中，非常寧靜。走出去約2-3分鐘即可到市政府捷運站，非常方便。附近有許多好吃的餐廳，離百貨商場也很近，生活機能非常好。房間乍看有點小，不過加上陽台空間其實很充裕。美中不足之處有二：第一是洗手台空間稍微小了一些，且沒有擋版，水會不小心潑到旁邊地板。第二是隔音稍差，屋外巷弄很安靜，但屋內別間房客開關門或講話聲都很明顯。
