Great location but facilities can be improved
The location is excellent, just one block from airport MRT, which makes it ideal for quick and easy arrival to the hotel after landing in Taoyuan airport. Plenty of food selections nearby and quick access to Taipei underground walkways. The facilities, however, can be further improved. My greatest disappointment was the bathroom shower and the air conditioning. The water temperature of the bathroom shower fluctuates constantly making it hard to enjoy a nice shower. The room temperature fluctuates between 22'C and 25'C despite being set at 24'C.

The property location is good because it is within walkable distance (15-20min) walk from ximending. The staff is nice also. But the bed bugs on the first night in the hotel is horrible. I stayed at the hotel for a total of three nights. After the first night, when I woke up in the morning, I realised my entire calves and leg is full of raised red bumps from bed bug bites. After I reflected it to the staff when we were back in the hotel, they gave me oinment and changed my room. The second and third night was better because there are no new bites. Appreciate the staff for their quick action. But the existing red bumps were very very itchy even until now - 3 days later. I am unable to sleep abd focus in the day even after oinment. Because they were so so itchy, I could not help but scratch, there are scars left behind too. Would have uploaded photos but am unable to do so via Expedia. Overall, would not visit this hotel again.

Good: Staffs at counter are generally friendly and smiley. Location is great as it's very close to Airport MRT & some of the tourist attraction. 7-11 just a few blocks away. Could be improved: bathtub is a bit high & the glassdoor doesn't block the water so be careful stepping in & out from shower.

Overall the hotel room is clean and tidy, the room was small but is cosy.. the bath tube and normal bathing should be separated.. as not everyone like bath inside the bath tube.

1. Soundproofing really bad: - every morning, we were wake up by the cleaning aunties talking or (scolding someone) very loudly at the corridor... I ever reminded them to lower down the volume... no use at all....and I also cant really sleep at night due to the people staying besides me either turn on the TV very loudly or talk/screaming loudly. 2. The room is pretty, but the window is facing directly opposite office (or residence), so basically I cannot really draw the curtains and let the sun in. 3. Room is clean. 4. Will i book this hotel again? answer is no.

房間很乾淨, 職員也很幫忙 , 靠近捷運站。 但房間的隔音實在需要加強, 國內外住過非常多不同的飯店, 這次還是頭一次對隔音這麼有感, 住了一星期, 每天被外面的聲音吵醒多次, 當中有次更明顯到以為是自己門被打開又關上而跟同行朋友一齊嚇醒。

Great location,staff & room is clean & comfortable. Just would recommend to Exit from Exit 6 of the Taipei Airport MRT & cross the road right in front of Exit 6 & walk straight & U will locate the hotel instead of what the hotel suggested by going through the underground mall. Self-service laundromat just nearby & not bad breakfast shop near the laundromat. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Taiwan

Great location
Very handy from airport MRT (exit6). Very close to Green MRT Beimen station and Taipei City mall (exit Y21). We walked to Dadaocheng Pier, Taipei Xinhai City God temple and Dihua st. Also Easy walk to North Gate, Ximen (west gate) and the red house. The bath room is roomy and bathtub is big and deep. Wished we could stay longer.

Second visit
The second time I’ve stayed in this hotel. Comfortable and conveniently located. Just with there were two more pillows in the room but that’s typical in Asia it seems.

Convenient location to take airport MTR. It is a bit of a walk to the main taipei station if you want to take other trains. I walked what felt like more than a mile to the main terminal. You have to pass underground mall before you can reach the taipei main station for subways and other trains. However, the rooms were really nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and service was good. I would stay here again.

Generally a decent hotel but there was no common area for guests to chill and it took a long time for room service (4pm and our room was still not cleaned). But to be fair, the amenities was good.

Excellent hotel, close to the main station and convenient store. Its bright and clean, housekeeping is excellent, hotel condition is excellent. Housekeeping staff and reception are very friendly and well mannered and has excellent service in assisting in check in and check out. Only thing is, the hairdryer could be bigger or more powerful. Having long hair, it takes forever to dry. Very wonderful stay, would definitely stay here again.

I wasnt feeling well when I check in and I requested for early check in. Thank you so much for the girl in the reception for letting me check in early!! It was a really great help as I travel alone with a very big luggage. Everything else was perfect, the location is very near to Taoyuan Airport link. The only thing I dislike was that, it tend to get noisy at mid night timing, and I can heard people slamming door.

Convenient if you use the airport mrt station, just couple of minutes walk from the station. Old area near taipei station without much amenities around. But you can walk to taipei station or ximending where you can have lots of fun and food.

Wifi wasn’t too good, a bit slow and the toilet was clogged several times and the flushing ability wasn’t good and need to be improved. Except from that my experience in this hotel was pretty good
