"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds.
I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"

"Breakfast Buffet go early as omelette station closes very early. Decent selection to start your day.
UNIQUE about this newer hotel.
Floors stay cooled so room is constant 70 to 73 farenheit even in hot weather with air conditioning off. Ideal temperature in hotel for those that do not like the hot/cold extremes in Hong Kong May through October weather. Swimming pool is useless; see the pictures. Nowhere to sit and small with a narrow corridor on ground floor to reach it directly through the...

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "
