JUST SAY “ NO “ and SKIP this one.
Terrible to say the least, no one in the lobby knows what’s goin on, care taker rely mainly on text messaging , broken and unsafe dining chairs, no a/c, shower tile and toilet seat broken, No parking allowed in the condo and have a mile away and end up walking in the rain just to get back in the building. Worst experience all around, spend your money somewhere else and save yourself from total disaster.

Wish it was well kept
The good about the place is the view and the wi-fi connection. And then we notice it is not kept good. The ac is leaking some water. And the bathroom as well is leaking and smell like mold. I let know of the caretaker. She also collects 1500 pesos for a safety deposit. They will return it once you leave the place. But they collect a 750 pesos cleaning fee. That they keep. Wish they would take care of the place. They really do have amazing views in the room.

Hello Edgardo! Thanks for your review. Yes the cleaning fee is not yet included upon booking and well stated.Re aircon leak, theres a note that the temp of the ac shld not be brought down below 20C to avoid leaking. The leaking in the bathroom is from the unit above and to be fixed once the unit is vacant.See you again soon!

The advertisement saying "luxury" is a bit much. The view was definitely luxury and amazing no questions about it. The apartment was ok it's only a studio room and it wouldn't be comfortable for 8-9 people. We were only 6 and it was a bit crowded. It only has one bathroom to share. No toilet paper or complimentary water not even toiletries and no wifi for a "luxury" apartment. I felt it was a bit misleading. And also there was an increase hidden charges upon arriving eg cleaning fee and late charge fee ( lucky we just made it before 4 pm). This late arrival fee wasn't included in the information provided upon booking. We travel a lot and we have never come across to this "late fee". You are charged more by the hour if you checked in late on the day, this info was only provided to me on the day of check in so what does that tell you. It wasn't transparent this would have been my deciding factor upon booking had I known this hidden fees for the public to see. We still enjoyed Tagaytay despite the circumstance and the cloudy/rainy weather. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating, thanks.

First of all, the cleaning was in the description upin booking.It was sent to you on messaging centre but you didnt reply.Almost all unit owners do this si its impossible you were not informed and also the check in check out is very strict for the incoming and outgoing guests for consideration.For the toiletries, its also clearly stated in the description that toilet paper and water can be bought from nearby convenience store, only shampoo and body gel are available which us common to other units at the wind.Just because you didnt wanna pay youll say not good things about the place where in fact all of our guests are happy about the number of occupancy of the unit.How can you be so crowded when you were only 6 pax?? C'mon the unit has plenty beds which can occupy max of 10 pax, the other units can only occupy 4-5pax.Pls before u make false comments, think ten times before u make a big lie just because you didnt want to pay but were still hapy u enjoyed the view at least.The wifi is under repair and its nit even listed in the description

窓からの景色はとても良かった。プールも良く子供達も満足してた。プールを利用するとバスタオルが足りない。部屋を利用する前にコンドの管理者と電話でやり取りする必要があるので英語を話せ無いとコンドの利用は難しい。
