"They immediately changed our room when we were unsatisfied with the air conditioning. The rooms are amazing and spotless. Extra attention from Bridget Joy. She made trip extra special. She made a special treat for our granddaughters birthday trip! There are not enough superlatives to express our gratitude for her attention! Absolutely everyone wonderful and welcoming. "I was pleasantly surprised by how clean our room was. Carpet, bed and sheets and towels all were clean. They had all the amenities (minus microwave but we didn’t need one). The only negative was that the shower water pressure was very low and the hair dryer was low power as well. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. Convenient location and free parking was a huge plus."
