"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay was bad enough that I feel I need to. I’ve stayed here before, but this visit confirmed I won’t be returning. The hallways and interior rooms smell heavily of moisture, and our first room was so bad it was hard to breathe—even with a dehumidifier running. Looking back, I should have paid closer attention to reviews because it seems like mold is a common issue here, which is honestly concerning. We ended up switching rooms three times. "The hotel was beautiful and in a convenient location. We stayed on the 10th floor overlooking the city on the Piazza side. The other side overlooks Sunset Blvd and I imagine would have been louder at night given the busy comedy club / night scene! Staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t get to use the bowling alley and as the pool closed at 7 it wasn’t used as much as we anticipated. But overall a great stay and we’d return without hesitation."

"Alles im Hotel, auch das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings haben wir einen Stuhl im Zimmer vermisst, das Sofa ist für ältere Menschen sehr niedrig. Auch auf Nachfrage war kein Stuhl verfügbar. Aber alles im allen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch Dank der vielen schönen Pflanzen überall."

"I liked this hotel and the location and the staff were all super friendly. Easy valet parking, too. I rated 4 stars because there was a lot if noise around 11-12 pm ... maybe from the restaurant staff closing up, as my room was right next to the restaurant. Also no coffee maker in the room and none available when I had to hit the road at 6 am."

"Clean, comfortable and conveniently situated. Only downside for some is that it’s on a very busy road (even ear plugs don’t drown out the noise)- so if you’re used to/ok with that it was really good value for 4 people. $35 per night for secured parking was good too."
