"We had a really nice stay here. The hotel is beautiful, though we were so busy exploring that we didn't even get a chance to use all the amenities! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Walk of Fame and an easy, quick drive over to Universal Studios. We could see the Hollywood sign from our room! Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to sightsee."

The hotel was very clean, and our suite was spacious, but several aspects of the stay were disappointing. Upon arrival, we were asked for our full name three separate times—by the valet, front-door security, and the front desk—this felt excessive and unnecessarily repetitive. "We ended up paying more than $350 for a one night stay, not at all worth it. Had a unpleasant experience from the check in time itself. The person at parking was not at all welcoming. Front desk lady asked us to pay $45 to park on the property (with or without Valet option), sounded rude. AC was very noisy and would turn off automatically in the middle of the night. You don’t have a microwave in Standard Room (with 2 queen beds). Even after specifying we are family of 4, they still end up...

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is one block away from Hollywood Boulevard, the Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theater, etc. Universal Studios is a 6 min drive away which was nice. The surrounding area can feel sketchy at night. There was trash on the sidewalk right outside the hotel during the entire weekend we stayed. The amount of codes you need to know can be a hassle but it did provide assured security. The washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience. 4/5 stars for me."
