Very nice hotel on the beach. Feels like you could be in carribean. Only remark would be that walls between rooms lack sufficient soundproofing.

The photos and presentation of this place online are totally inaccurate. We booked a suite and got a tiny room instead. The TV didn’t work. No duvet on the bed, we froze and used beach towels for blankets. The staff were clueless and the bar was a joke. We could not eat the fish for dinner because it was so strong, like it had sat in a fridge for a week. We checked out after one night. What a disaster.

Nice Beach hotel
Nice hotel situated directly on the beach. Ideal for my wife and I as we were happy using the train to jump to and from other places like Modica, Ragusa, Siracusa etc when not having a day at the beach. Across the piece staff were excellent with the exception of one member of staff who failed to book us a taxi when we asked twice. Only negative comment is we stay at hotels a lot in Italy, several times a year, and they have lots of little add ons here which don’t exist at other places e.g. €10 a day for parking, €15 for sun loungers and umbrella etc. Breakfasts were very good and staff at the restaurant were excellent across the piece.

Nice hotel...staff super friendly and helpful however located on small public beach with dirty water and over crowded at time. At night time people party at beach...rowdy and loud till 2 am

Great property on a sandy beach only a step off of our balcony. Spa was amazing! Loved the indoor pool and massages. A/c worked great. Bed was very V. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant at hotel was excellent! Beach was clean, but road driving towards hotel had lots of garbage. Sad, but not the hotel’s fault. Hotel could use some updating, but was still nice. Beach is public, so some nights you could hear people partying all night, but sliding glass door was very thick and blocked most of the noise. We had breakfast in the room I’m the balcony every day that was wonderful!

The location was amazing and the staff and rooms we excellent . We picked a beach access room and it was well worth it. The spa was not one to write home about but the rest of the resort was amazing.

Excellent service from catering, reception and massage staff, who were challenged by flash floods on the day of our arrival mid-October. This meant that the electricity power was out for hot water - we had to take hot showers in the hotel next door. Overall, a lovely hotel, shame for us the weather wasn't the best - the reception staff did there best in what were extremely extenuating circumstances, shame their manager wasn't present to enable them to make decisions faster for compensation on the checkout day.

Dear Guest, thank you for your comment. We are really sorry that the terrible exceptional weather and the consequent breakdown of the boiler happened right on the only night you spent in our hotel. I assure you we work hard to find the best solution in the shorter time possible for all the guests. We offered you several options for compensation already at the moment of the problem and actually you choose the more suitable for you. Actually no other compensation was due. Thanks a lot for being our guest and hoping in the future you can come back.

We had the ocean view room and it was very unique and quite amazing. Not only do you have the view on the ocean, the balcony with the view, but the balcony has direct access to the beach, which is awesome and super convenient.

Mare fantastico, ma rapporto qualità/prezzo non gi
Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend in questa struttura a due passi da un mare favoloso. Le camere (la nostra era una standard) era carina ma non allineata alle attese di un 4 stelle superior. Personale gentile e disponibile, anche se alcuni servizi sono fuori mercato. Non mi piace l’idea di aggiungere altri soldi per il posto in spiaggia dopo aver pagato la stanza già una bella cifra, stesso discorso per late check-in a 150 €, davvero eccessivo. Buona la colazione, con prodotti freschi e artigianali. Rapporto qualità/prezzo d’aver molto discutibile, anche se il mare è davvero favoloso.

Que du Bonheur !!!!
Un véritable coup de coeur pour cet hôtel les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès direct de notre chambre à la plage, un excellent petit déjeuner face à la mer, une équipe attentionnée et chaleureuse.....Que du bonheur et juste l'envie de revenir

Personnel très gentil et toujours prêt à rendre service. Hôtel les pieds dans l'eau. Seul inconvénient les transports manque considérablement.

rien à dire, top super spa, hamam, sauna et le coin piscine est juste sublime avec la vue sur la mer. La chambre confortable, douche xxo super spacieuse.Dommage pas vue sur la mer mais le petit balcon est appréciable. merci à l accueil du personnel, serviable et disponible. Le resto le soir est bien aussi

perfekte Erholung!
Tolles neues Hotel, sieht schön aus und ist sehr komfortabel. Da während unseres Aufenthaltes der Frühstücksraum nicht nutzbar war, wurde Frühstück im Zimmer serviert! Vom Zimmer sind es nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, wunderbar! Einziges Manko: Ausserhalb der Saison sind hoteleigenes Restaurant und Bar nicht geöffnet, generell war es was Essen und Abends was trinken gehen sehr mau zu der Zeit.

Ma la spiaggia libera no...
posizione e struttura buoni se non ottimi. pessima l'assenza di spiaggia attrezzata e la poca organizzazione nel gestire soluzioni alternative (una gentilissima signora delle pulizie prova a sopperire da sola ai limiti della struttura..). forniti sdraio ed ombrelloni ma tra orde barbariche di bagnanti della domenica che occupano qualsiasi cm2 di spiaggia che è sempre sporca e non curata... lo staff si giustifica lamentando l'assenza di concessione ma richiede comunque un prezzo come se ci fosse, equivocando sul concetto di "attrezzata" alla prenotazione. peccato, mare splendido e vicinissimo nonostante tutto...
