Waiting in the cold at the airport after midnight for an hour. Shuttle driver had the wrong phone number and claimed he couldn’t find me even though I told him where I was standing.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse Destiny USA
Hotel was nice, but our room was dark musty and air conditioner wasn’t strong enough. Happy hour was great. Enjoyed breakfast. Outside grounds lacked ambiance.
