"Hotel was lovely, we were a family of 4 and stayed in a connecting room overlooking Broadway. Super clean bedrooms with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The pastries and coffee were very tasty from the bakery next door for breakfast served by very friendly staff. Could have perhaps offered slightly more than $10 though. All in all a fantastic hotel."

"Great location, very friendly staff. However, the first-floor room we stayed in was awful: Windows face the covered patio so no sunlight and no privacy—shades had to stay down, so you're basically staying in a tiny broom closet. AC control panel lights up the room at night. You can hear the subway go by at regular intervals, and we were awoken at 4am by a really loud, jarring jackhammer-type noise. Mentioned this to front desk and in post-stay survey, zero real response other than "so sorry."...

"The room was clean and spacious enough to move a stroller around. The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops."

"Property is in a great area! Rooms were clean and well maintained. Front desk staff on check out, charged almost $900 on my credit card for a pre-paid room that they were already holding a $100 deposit for. When questioned the staff member was so unconcerned and said she did not understand the new system that was just implemented. We were told she would talk to the manager later in the evening to fix it. She had marriott bags of bottled water behind the counter on display, typically for marriott...

"I recently stayed for eight nights while visiting my daughters. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping efficient. I especially enjoyed the ambiance of the main floor lounges and bar in the late afternoons. Also, there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood if you don't want to venture far. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel/stay/staff was great, HOWEVER, I gave them 1 star because the bathroom on the 5th fl was horrible when I got there.. Had to go to 4 bathroom stalls before I could use it. Piles of tissue just on the floor!!! The restaraunt: Ordered the Harlem Waffle and chicken. The chicken was not cooked hard. So my roommate and I asked for our chicken to be cooked “Harder” ( my roommate picked of her chicken ). They returned to the table after we inquired because it was taking so long…with the same...

"If possible, get the 6 person room with the private bathroom. The pods were roomy and comfy, all controls were inside (lights, charging ports, sockets) and you could lock and unlock your pod from your phone. Was close to public transportation and a choice of restaurants all around. Central Park was a stones throw away. I will definitely be staying there again. Wasn't overly expensive, well worth the price paid."
