"The highlight of our stay was the room & view that we paid for sadly, the service let the hotel down. We went to the Blu Bar on our first night & ordered a cocktail, it was delicious so ordered another with some snacks. The cocktail eventually arrived after 30 minutes & we are still waiting for our snacks. We mentioned the snacks to a member of staff who said they would look into it & never came back. We mentioned it again when we paid the bill & someone took our room number. We did not get...

"My card has been charged an extra 200$ which fullerton says they need to hold in case of any minibar charges. This hasn't been refunded on my check out. Now i have to chase up why. This is both annoying and inconvenient. Also it feels like the hotel treats every customer like a potential risk. Overall it makes the experience rather unpleasant. Also the no cash policy is irrational, coupled with charging a card payment fee."
