The hotel was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was perfect to get us to the airport when se needed to be there. We are unable to rate breakfast as we left too early.

Novotel Sydney International Airport Hotel
Our main probkem was airconditioning and wi fi but was ptobably due to storm so out of the hotels control. Otherwise all gpod. Staff at the desk, cafe and the manager were fantastic.
