you were given full address of the building, on the entire Australia ave, there are only 2 buildings, each of 30 storeys, if your taxi driver couldn't find it, then you should ask them why as a taxi driver they couldn't find it, it's readily available on google map assuming you know what that is. But you try to blame us and our building not having enough signs .... etc etc. and try to pick on anything you eyes lay on. Sorry, how you felt treated is only a reflection of how you treat others. I'm sure knowing what google map would help your future travel before you blame others.

Dear Guest, I make no apology because at the time you arrive, I were checking in another guest who arrived same time and I did inform you over the phone about that. I see no reason why other guest deserve any less attention for their check in just because there is another grumpy guest unhappy to queue and wait. Thank you for your comment but with deep regret they are untrue and non-factual. The $80 is NOT any additional charge, it's just part of the total that you signed to but NOT collected at the time of your booking. It's just how the website works and it's not within our control. The breakdown of the total that you signed to (consists of amount you paid at the time of booking, and amount to be paid at the property, simple arithmetic adding the 2 amounts will give you the exactly the total you agreed to). They are CLEARLY displayed at the time you made the booking, AND before you entered your cc details confirming your booking. When you checked in, we have also clearly explained by repeating the same booking process on the Hotel.com website demonstrating to you how the website works, showing that is just part of total not yet collected, but not any additional. If you checked the itinerary print out, they should have listed the details, you could also have verified directly with Hotel.com or Expedia directly. However you've chosen to make your comment that's non-factual and misleading is deeply regrettable.

Your statement suggesting us wanting to charge you $280 as additional is simply untrue and misleading. $200 is a refundable bond - a standard practice any hotel will charge and refundable provided no damage to the property - that is NOT an additional charge and clearly listed in terms and conditions.The $80 is part of the "trip total" that your booking platform(wotif.com) did not take at the time of your booking. I'd suggested to you at the time check in contact your booking agent to clarify, or simply get on wotif.com, initiate another booking to our apartment, you'll see clearly listed the "TRIP TOTAL", break down of that "TRIP TOTAL" = "total due today" + "due at property" . The "total due today" is what you'd paid at the time of booking, the "due at property" is the $80 balance you have to pay at property. The 2 amounts add up EXACTLY to the "TRIP TOTAL" - which is the ONLY total ever displayed. There is NO add on, there is NO fine print, all very clear. AND these are displayed BEFORE YOU CONFIRMED THE BOOKING, BEFORE YOU FILL in your cc details. However you'd chosen not to call your agent to clarify, not taking the effort to investigate, but chose to ignore all the readily verifiable facts. Making comment that's nonfactual, misleading, is deeply regrettable. We do however, grateful for your appreciation of our well appointed apartments, all with spectacular uninterrupted view to the CBD skyline. Olympic Park is a unique precinct that promotes healthy family friendly sports and events only. It's a alcohol free zone and we welcome guests to the area for healthy, family friendly activities.
