"The paradox was a lovely place to stay, rooms were modern and clean. Staff were lovely. Breakfast served everything we needed. Coffee was nice and strong. Loved its location. Pool and spa were nice, tiles round spa could do with upgrading."
"We went down for breakfast at 7:15am and found the dining area completely packed, with nowhere available to sit. Despite this, a staff member continued allowing more guests into the breakfast area, which only added to the overcrowding.
Eventually, the bar area was opened to provide additional seating, but by that stage the breakfast selection had been severely depleted due to the large number of guests. As a result, we were unable to obtain any breakfast and ended up having only a glass of orange juice.
This was a disappointing experience and fell well below our expectations, particularly as breakfast was included as part of our stay."
"It was close proximity to everything and the room was very spacious. The bedding was very comfortable and clean. Mel and honey were very good on reception and we’d definitely stay there again on our next holiday to Sydney. From rosy"
"Great location, easy to get to by train and light rail and right in Darling Harbour. Friendly, helpful staff, have stayed before and will stay again."
"Great breakfast. My wife said one of the better hotels breakfasts she has eaten. All food was very fresh & good quality. Large comfortable room. Easy access to the city. Water temperature was a little hit & miss, however that just could have been us. Would stay again.. "
