Great appartment but the parking in underground car park was very confusing! More instructions are needed to find car spot. Easy for transport and shopping. Thanks!

The property was close to the university & Macquarie Centre. The area surrounding the building was most pleasant. However, we weren’t provided with the twin room apartment we requested. Instead we were given separate rooms 6 levels apart. I was told this would occur 1 week after booking but you must not advertise something you can’t provide. There is a lot to be said about written effective communication. You can not assume travellers will understand different types of cards or tags some hidden discreetly behind name tags. While I was told to use a code it did not work on the keypad of the building or the car park & I didn’t notice the small black tag on the key ring until another resident pointed it out. Please write this down on your instructions & don’t use a code if it doesn’t work. Also don’t provide an option to leave keys in the locked box or the kitchen bench. Don’t leave your keys on the bench in the kitchen as per instructions, you will not be able to access the car park. If you would like me write effective instructions for a small fee I would be happy to do so.

While we are confident that the apartments we advertise are available and at its best state, unfortunate situations can still occur and we will always think of our guests' safety and comfort above all. And at the time, the best solution was to split your booking into two separate functioning apartments. And we aim to update you as soon as we have secured the changes to minimise the inconvenience to be caused.We do have the instructions on our key use and the code use in the guest app that you received during your stay, under the House Manual option on your homepage. Alternatively, we are happy to assist our guests verbally when requested as some would prefer this option. Nonetheless, we are constantly reviewing the functionality of our guest app based on feedback like yours. Thank you for offering in writing the instructions but we do have a dedicated team to work on this.Thank you again for your time and for choosing to stay with us.

This place is beautiful close to everything little far from the city but one bus takes you there we enjoyed walking to the shopping centre it’s 10 minutes walk

In the apartment everything was great, as we expected. We enjoyed our stay. The only improvement could be if the car parking is easier… Someone put a nasty note on my car, while I parked in a “visitor” market spot.

They change my stay from Macquarie to somewhere else just one day before my travel date and gave only limited options. Whole day me and husband were on phone to sought out things. We called what if but they are useless. no one from wotif called or asked before, after and during stay time that what's going on?, is your stay is comfortable? or sorry for not reaching your expectations. Thanks to Mathew (Kula staff)who helped us and organised everything on time. Few things were not explained which makes the arrival had for example how to get the key. We spend 20-30 minutes to find keys. During our Macquarie Park stay the dishwasher didn't work so we had to clean dishes by ourselves. Can't say had a bad time but still not happy with wotif services.

I loved the security of the parking and building access. Also loved the Asian grocery store and Internet cafe downstairs - both which are open late. I was a little disappointed that the bedding configuration that I had booked for was not set up when I got there but it was remedied that night. If staying more than a few days it’s advisable to bring your own toilet paper. We ran out two days before our stay was over and although I had requested more knowing we were getting low, none was provided. Lucky there’s a massive shopping centre 2 minutes drive away 😅

Great people, place and location
We stayed at Kula for 8 weeks and had a very comfortavle stay in a very convenient location. The team is super helpful and went out of their way to accomodate our requests and the apartment are pretty clean and well maintained and modern in a good complex with pool and gym. Highly recommend for medium or long term stay.

Location excellent Balcony really dirty with bird poo. Realise this is difficult and could only be different if cleaned immediately prior to arriving The reception was friendly helpful and welcoming

terrible stay ever experienced
parking is very tricky and management does not provide information prior to arrive and causes distress to the visitors. Bed is not comfortable, apartment is very noisy.

Hi Islam, Yossi here. sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I can see that you received multiple messages regarding - Parking - ID verification - Arrival time 48 hours before arrival. Unfortunately, you did not respond to any of them. We require this information before you arrive for self check in. The Carpark is plate recognition operated and we register your car with system so you can just come in. We can see you called us at 11pm and was in apartment by 11.10pm. I can also see that you were requested and granted late check out and was very grateful for that as well. In terms of noise, you were allocated a courtyard facing apartment. We will call you to talk about that feedback. As always, we are in the building every day and would be more than happy to assist with any issues. Regards Yossi

This was truly a home away from home. It was a quality apartment with quality appliances and fittings. The playground and swimming pool made it super family friendly. The host was so hospitable and made sure we were comfortably settled. We highly recommend it!
