I was happy with the furnished apartment but the initial communication was unsatisfactory. Check-in was just horrible that I had to wait outside for hours just to get a response.
I was never able to check in as the key to the apartment was missing and the management was not able to locate the building manager and didn’t have a duplicate. We ended up in a different place we reserved at 10pm, exhausted and paying more than expected but they left us with no other choice. In addition I am still waiting for the full refund (so far I was reimbursed partially) and my 1 night reward I used from my hotels.com rewards to be restored to my account.

We always do our best to meet the expectations of all our guests, but in this instance, we failed to meet your expectations. While we strive to maintain the highest customer satisfaction standards, monitoring our effectiveness can be a challenge at times. We welcome feedback such as yours as they indicate the areas where we can further improve.
Be aware this is not a hotel, but something like a "corporate airbnb". There are no amenities; you'll need your own soap, shampoo etc. Spotlessly clean, but also kind of "sterile", with no personality.
Location is excellent, and the place is quiet as it is just 1 block away from the noisy part.
