"Excellent service, everyone was incredibly friendly and going out of their way to help and ensure we were having a good stay | the resort itself is gorgeous with great architecture and amenities, especially the spa and outdoor heated pool | where the hotel loses is the room itself (we had the panoramic view room) as it is incredibly dated and falling apart."

"The hotel was very clean (considering there is still construction work going on) and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Check in at reception was super quick and straightforward. Our room was superbly furnished and comfortable, with nice view of the dead sea from the balcony.
The pool was clean, and towels provided. Plenty of sun loungers to relax.
The al-Mira restaurant in the hotel had delicious food and a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste. It was very reasonably priced,...
