I've always stayed at this property, booking it with different channels multiple times. This time was the worst, checked in and the room was not clean, pillow case were dirty, bathtub had hair in it, a plastic bag was in the cupboard from the previous guest.
Breakfast in the morning was horrible, I asked or coffee three times and the fourth time I walked up to the employee and asked for one, he ignored me and started laughing with his colleague. They thought I did not understand Arabic but in reality I understood all the degrading comments they were making about me and my group of travelers. I told all of this to Mr. Yasser, and he did his best to resolve it but even after such a horrible experience, there wasn't much he could do.
