We had booked the airport shuttle but missed it as we overslept. The hotel were very understanding and booked us on the next one. When our driver came, he realised that the car hire company was a short distance away. He rang them and arranged for us to collect the car straight from there, saving us lots of...

"Stayed in room 606 from 1st to 4th Jan. Extremely sweet and thoughtful concierge. Voluntarily assisted in sending up shopping bags to our room. Check in was smooth and quick. Upgrade of room was given. Room was clean with a good view of the city. Housekeeping was meticulous. Room was regularly cleaned and tea was replaced quickly accordingly to flavour consumed. Location of hotel is excellent. I would stay again. "
