"Overall my room was nice. However at check in I was asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. I’ve been asked many times before but on this occasion $300 was taken from my account immediately. On checking out I was told this will take between 5-10 days to be returned to me. On a holiday budget this wasn’t ideal. Also breakfast each day was always the same. "Check in was easy thanks to the 24hr reception. Just outside of that is an amazing selection of vending machines with everything from the usual drinks and snacks to frozen meals, icecreams and toiletries. The laundry (located at the back, in the older section) had 2 dryers and 2 washers. Payment of $6 is via card or app and sachets of laundry powder is available from reception for $1."
