"Excellent place to stay not far about 10-15 minutes drive from Perth Airport. Comfortable studio room and bathroom. No need of the kitchen facilities as I got a great pizza takeaway from across the road. The reception had a list of food options which was good. A short walk up to Midland shopping centre. "Apartment was quite basic in appearance.Could do with brightening up and maybe pictures on the walls. We were expecting more modern apartments. A fair walk to the town and local restaurants but doable if you dont mind a walk. No sunrise view from the lounge only from upstairs front bedroom. Back bedroom quite dark and dreary. No Tv. It did what we wanted for 2 nights as we were out alday and out for dinner at night but if we were staying longer we'd feel it was too drab. "

"Stayed in room 606 from 1st to 4th Jan. Extremely sweet and thoughtful concierge. Voluntarily assisted in sending up shopping bags to our room. Check in was smooth and quick. Upgrade of room was given. Room was clean with a good view of the city. Housekeeping was meticulous. Room was regularly cleaned and tea was replaced quickly accordingly to flavour consumed. Location of hotel is excellent. I would stay again. "
