"We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. "The cabin I stayed in wasn’t that clean it had other people hair on the floor in the bath room and dust and dirt like swept to the side of the bathroom the botttles of shampoo body was and conditioner and hand was was all empty the kettle was filthy inside! They cutlery was not washed up properly"

"The location was easy walking to Elizabeth Quay and the two Malls. Metro bus stops just 10 metres down the road. Staff were all so helpful and welcoming from the time we arrived to when we left. The cocktail bar was lovely to drop in to after being out and exploring. Once again the staff were so lovely. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to everyone."
