"Great location for town centre. Good sized room and had everything you needed. Most of the staff friendly (especially the 2 ladies). Breakfast good value for money. Car park next door you have to pay for but it was reasonable."

Downside, it does not do evening meals so you have to make alternative arrangements. Fortunately there are quite a few pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Great that you can take your dog but they are not allowed in the large breakfast room and you are seated in the lounge on a sofa with a coffee table. Bizarrely the reason given is...

A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left. "Very disappointed with room. Paid £80 when was only worth a maximum of £20. Fire safety poster in bedroom unreadable! Very dated, dark & dingy decoration In desperate need of work Located on a busy main road, so noisy traffic. Carpet unclean Bathroom in need of updating 2 cups in room but no glasses. I asked a member of staff for a glass but was told they don’t supply glasses?? Definitely not recommended at this price!!!!"

Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. "
