"The location is perfect if you need to stay in downtown Miami/Brickell area. You can also use the monorail which is free and super convenient. The room was very cleaned, make sure your card is activated to enter to the pool area. The valet parking is the only thing I won’t use again is too expensive $45.00 per night."

"Everything was perfect. stayed for three night before a cruise. Everything in wynwood was within walking distance. And I uber to brickell and south beach. Yes the hallways have a weird smell. However the room itself was perfect and did not smell. I found the price to be really cheap for the good value. The staff was really nice. Also as a single female from overseas I felt safe. I normally stay at the elser or intercontinental, but this place was perfect. Give it a try!"

"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine.

"Apartment itself was clean and standard was good
I think the photos of the pool areas are misleading they are not as great in real life
Construction going on at next building opposite made them noisy as well
