The place was clean. It was old, but it wasn’t dirty. My one complaint was that it was really hard to contact the people from the apartment. I went to the front desk to ask for towels. They said I needed to do it through the app. I did it through the app and it never arrived, and I went back to the front desk they said that they’ll look it up and nothing ever happened. We ended up being with three towels for four days, we had to buy towel towels and shampoo and conditioner. The communication was horrible. I understand that they’re trying to keep everything digital, but that didn’t even work either. Overall, the hotel is good for the price.

Beach view beautiful everything else was horrible room was very old and moist it was freezing and even with the a.c off!!!! The room was very dirty, full of hair on the floor. looked delapidated, missing tiles in the bathroom, toilet seat old and rusty, bath tub was completely stained & dirty, with rust painted over, curtains full of smoke smell and grey from dust. The room is very different from the pictures online. Only plus is the pool and the beach. But if you are in vacation you want to enjoy your accomodations so do yourself a favor a stay away from this place.

Had an ocean view from our unit, but you had to stand on a chair to see that view out the window and over tge roof, we had pots, pans, plates, but no way to use them, no stove, no hot plate, just a microwave...the room wasnt as clean as i expected, there was mold in shower and urine stains on toilet the floor boatds had gaps, free valet was a nice touch but you had to wait 40 minutes for your turn in the long line of cars, you get yelled at by security for walking around with no shoes or shirt from pool, and get yelled at for toys in the pool, the elevator is a joke, you never know whst floor you will end up on...beach is very close to property, will not stay again...

Room was smaller than expected, but didn't spend a lot of time in there anyways. Has great beach access. Right out the back gate to the beach. The pool was much bigger than I was expecting, and very clean. There's a nice little tiki bar next to the pool with a good selection of food and drinks. There is also a general store on the lower level. There's a pretty nice restaurant located next to the lobby. Ate there twice and was pleased with the food and service. This place is definitely not upscale, but is in a great location. I used the gym daily and the selection of equipment was about what you'd expect from a hotel, and was always clean. Any interactions I had with staff were always positive and everybody is hard working. Valet can be a pain when it's busy, but most places are. Overall it was a good experience and my child loved the easy access to the pool and beach.

Our one week stay had several frustrating issues that made it less enjoyable than expected. We repeatedly requested basic toiletries—specifically toilet paper—starting at 9 AM and did not receive it until 5 PM, which is unacceptable. Housekeeping also seemed lacking, as there was trash left under the sink from a previous guest. Additionally, the room itself was very noisy, with constant traffic sounds and frequent honking from the valet area, making it difficult to relax. We also found there were not enough trash bags provided, and both the valet service and elevators had long wait times, which added to the inconvenience. The kitchen supplies also need improvement—the pots and utensils were outdated and should be upgraded. Lastly, the hotel advertised laundry facilities, but none were available during our stay. Overall, while the property may have potential, improvements in cleanliness, responsiveness, and amenities are definitely needed. The pool had perfect temperature and a few steps from the beach was great.

DO NOT BOOK Unfortunately, this property did not meet expectations and had several significant issues. The main concern was safety — the door lock did not latch properly, forcing us to stack chairs in front of the door each night. There was also no reliable way to secure the room when leaving during the day. Management was informed, but responses were delayed and no resolution was provided. Amenities were lacking and difficult to obtain. We had to request towels and garbage bags multiple times and did not receive them until the last day. The bathroom sink did not drain and, despite reporting it, no effort was made to fix the issue. Additionally, laundry was listed as an amenity but was not available. The kitchen utensils were worn and in need of replacement, and the shower had loose handles, making it difficult to control water temperature or fully turn it off without leaking. Be aware that during peak times, valet service can take at least 45 minutes to retrieve your vehicle. Pros: The location is excellent for beach access, the balcony was beautiful, and the tiki bar by the pool was enjoyable. Overall, while the location was great, the lack of maintenance, poor communication, and missing amenities made this stay disappointing.

Do not stay here! Scam!! We were up the first night with water pouring down from ceiling- had to catch water in pots and pans and empty throughout the night. We called host and they did not send anyone out to fix until next morning at 11:00. The place was filthy and water damaged. It took 45 min to get our car in the garage and 45 min to get car from valet (which was only option). Elevators took 20-30 min to get down to lobby at times. Worst stay I’ve ever had. Looks nothing like pictures.

Room was in bad shape. The shower curtain had mold, the grout was falling off, the bathroom door wouldn't shut completely, and I found a live bug in the bathroom. The valet service took forever as there was always a line. We waited 30-40 minutes almost every time for our car. Didn't have enough time to check out the outdoor pool but it was a descent size. The only good thing was the view.

This place is very outdated and old! When we arrived our freezer had a busted beer that had never been cleaned out. The bathroom walls and trim were split n molded. There was only one light that worked in the whole unit. We were given one washcloth for 2 people for 3 days!! And when I asked the cleaning lady for more I was told I had to call but when I called there was just a VM and no one ever called back!! I could go on and on!! All you hear are other doors slamming all day and night. Every time the AC unit kicks on it sounds like the roof was going to fall In. We turned the temp up so it would just stop! The positives were the location is right on the boardwalk and has direct beach access. There are too many other options to ever stay here again.

Room was ok. Outdated and not very clean. Front desk staff friendly. Car attendants do an ok job but parking very busy and will take at least 30 minutes to get your car. Pool area is the best overall feature of the whole building. Easy access to beach.

The room was clean. But it did still smell like it used to be a smokers room. That’s why it get a 4 star. But the convenience of having the beach next door makes it awesome. The pool and food tiki place next to it top it. The food and drink are good. The valet does take a bit sometimes, over 10minute for the car

It's a good place to stay parking is free rooms are good not fancy Beds are not best but I liked it it was a good vacation
