"Housekeeping was not great. I had to ask if our room would be cleaned as it was past 6pm and was not cleaned. I found out they only clean every three days. This was Sunday. Room serviced Monday but not cleaned until Friday when I asked. There was sticky stuff on the floors and beds were never made. The free breakfast was not very good although the omelet station was good. The location is great for first timers visiting Maine."

"Price was unbeatable, bed was comfy and clean, shower hot and clean. Yes, the place is under renovation and the breakfast lacking, but staff was kind and again, price was unbeatable. Basic accommodations, not swanky at all. If you are looking for a comfortable place to hang out and socialize, not the place I would choose. If you are needing a stay for the night, like I was, it does the trick."

"Light airy and up to date, short stroll from the jet port, very convenient! Rooms have microwaves, keurigs, nice amenities for the traveler. Had the dinner salad with grilled salmon, perfect for an easy “room and tv” evening before catching my flight. The staff were great, very helpful."

"It was just ok. Every time I walked in the lobby I felt like the floors were never clean. We had issues with our toilet, it was wobbly and didn’t flush half the time. The pillows are not comfortable at all, I usually don’t have issues with it but the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. Breakfast was your typical breakfast. Also thought it was weird how they made their bed…. They had a bed skirt as a sheet…."

"Perfect clean room and bathroom. 4 pillows per bed, extra blanket. best shower pressure I have ever had in a motel!! So close to hospital and mall and Portland. Very well run a real diamond in the ruff!! Will also be our choice for this part of Maine."

"Staff was very helpful and kind. The shuttle van was a bit outdated, but the driver was great and the van got the job done!"

"Hot tub was old and barely working. No towels were provided for pool or hot tub. Room was clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were rugged. Pillows on bed smelled. Breakfast was great."

"Our room was right next to the lobby. It was very noisy and there did not seem to be any regard that there may be customers sleeping during all shifts. The room was so close to the hustle and bustle of the front desk there was no getting away from people/staff talking all hours...not much sleep and couldn't change rooms. I would recommend not staying on the first floor near the lobby."
