ホテルの設備、環境等はともかく、ホテル側のチェックイン時の対応には唖然とした。時間が掛かり、挙句にすでに2部屋予約、支払も完済しているにもかかわらず、1部屋しか予約されていないと言う。しかもＨｏｔｅｌ．ｃｏｍさんから1部屋キャンセルの連絡があったーーと言い張る。確認書を見せたが話にならない。Ｈｏｔｅｌ．ｃｏｍさんに連絡して話をつけてもらった。原因はホテル側のミスコンタクトだったそうな。気分が悪かった。

Stay away from this one

Air condition not working properly in our rooms, changed rooms twice as well as the floor’s lobby and the lounge (8th floor). Small refrigerator not working as well, room cleanliness also poor. The breakfast quality and selections is terrible. The only positive was friendly staff. Stay away from this one!!!

Tout à fait pratique si on a besoin d'aller dans cette partie de Surabaya. Grandes chambres, bonne literie, douche un peu exiguë. Lounge sur le toit agréable. Petit déjeuner indonésien....il y a des toasts tout de même. Dîner très correct.

No thrills but adequate.

As usual, no thrills, large room, no noise. Nice bed, however lighting should be improved. good top of the roof lounge... Food OK adequate for western people not so adequate at breakfast. Western persons are very scarce anyhow. Should be recommended however if needed to be in this area

Budget hotel di pusat kota Surabaya

Receptionist terletak di lantai 5, Restoran dan Cafe terletak di lantai 8 (Rooftoop). mempunyai fasilitas Karaoke keluarga di lantai 2. (+) Kamar luas, lengkap dengan lemari pakaian yang besar dan meja TV yang panjang. Terdapat kulkas dan ketel elektrik untuk membuat teh dan kopi. Kasur yang besar dan nyaman. Lokasi yang strategis, dekat dengan balai kota, taman kota, museum Kapal Selam dan pusat-pusat perbelanjaan (Grand City Mall, Tunjungan Plaza, Plaza Surabaya), dekat dengan kuliner legendaris, sate klopo ondomohen dan ice cream Zangrandi. (-) Interior kamar sudah tidak up to date lagi, penerangan agak remang-remang, suasana kamar mandi juga tidak up to date dan air panas tidak lancar (apalagi bila digunakan pada waktu Subuh/pagi buta)

概ね清潔にされてるという印象。カードキーで部屋もスタイリッシュ。ランドリーサービス有り。最上階（８階？）のバーフロアは広々としていてソファ席もあり街を見渡せるのでお勧め。朝食もこのフロアー。お国柄なのか、朝食ビュッフェにもう少しレパートリーが欲しかった。

Nice rooms

Tv in English & v comfortable bed. Bathroom could have been cleaner & drains in sink/shower clogged. No employees speak much English. Lounge/bar desolate,smokey,& with no beer or espressos,etc. breakfast is all meat w 1 rice dish. Taxis easy to find by hotel

so dissapointing

The room is horrible.They were very dishonest. I had booked a non-smoking room and kept giving me a smoking room. I had to moved rooms about 4 times and still ended up with a smoking room. They sprayed the room and hid the ash tray eventually, but there were marks of cigarettes being put out on the table. Towels are dirty. The bed sheets and covers are dirty. Hot and cold waters weren't running properly. Breakfast was below average. Such a disappointment, it's a new hotel, but they don't take care of it.

Het hotel lijkt in geen enkel opzicht in wat ze laten zien op het internet de kamers zijn donker geen uitzicht of dag licht het personeel is daar integen erg vriendelijk en hulpzaam en doet wat ze kunnen maar zou het zeker niet aanbevelen aan anderen

Value for money

It was a bit disconcerting to be dropped off at a ground floor parking lot. The hotel was on floor 5 and the lift took you straight there. The staff were so friendly and helpful. One even spoke Spanish, which was good. The room was great, the breakfast room was also great with good views. Plenty of hawker's stalls around to eat. Not really near anything, but nothing is.

Vraiment très bien pour le prix

Hotel refait à neuf, silencieux, très bonne literie, excellent restaurant (le lounge, sur le toit est super le soir) sauf pour le petit déjeuner qui est vraiment basique et seulement indonésien. Très commode d'accès depuis l'aéroport, toujours un taxi dans le parking, il ne faut pas être surpris en arrivant : on entre dans un parking au RDC, l'hôtel est au dessus. Les deux ascenseurs sont là, il y a même toujours du personnel, on se sent vraiment en sécurité.Quelques difficultés tout de même : le personnel à la réception ne parle pas anglais, (au lounge, si) il n'y a pas de lumière en tête de lit (je ne sais pas si c'était seulement ma chambre ou si c'est toutes ? alors que l'éclairage est très bien, assez puissant mais pas éblouissant. Autre chose : au bureau il n'y a qu'un pouf, pas de chaise... dommage si on veut travailler c'est peu confortable, mais, bon ça va. Tout cela pour un prix défiant toute concurrence !
