"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"

"We rented the Superior Apartment for 5 days. The room was spacious, very clean, and had fantastic natural light all day. The garden around the whole property was so cute and the sitting areas were picturesque. The staff was so sweet and check-in was a breeze. Location was great. There was a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area (May 2026) but it was only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 5 minute drive from many other beaches. We booked a double and our beds were two twins pushed together. about 20 minutes outside of Chania, but with a car, it was not a problem and preferable to staying in the city. "
