"Our room which had a private balcony and pool was fantastic! So much so, we never used the main pool, albeit the main pool was very inviting. Breakfast was great, lots of options! Cocktails at the bar were very good. Great location too, close to some very nice beaches (just a short walk) and the 21 bus stop to get into Chania old town literally just outside. "Resort was great! We had an amazing stay. Kids loved the pool. Have to ask to access laundry i believe (we werent able to use it, as I believe it was broken). The drying rack on every balcony was an amazing touch. We would definitely come back! Thank you so much!"

"We rented the Superior Apartment for 5 days. The room was spacious, very clean, and had fantastic natural light all day. The garden around the whole property was so cute and the sitting areas were picturesque. The staff was so sweet and check-in was a breeze. Location was great. There was a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area (May 2026) but it was only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 5 minute drive from many other beaches. The owner provided information from olive oil, honey to skin care products - a wealth of knowledge, very friendly and personable. The views from the hotel are beautiful and while not a huge beach, it is nice and cozy with 2 pools and plenty of room for couples or families."

"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"

"Very new property and clean, rooms can get a bit stuffy unless you have the aircon on but overall great stay very central to everything, right next to the main bus stop as well as inner city bus and multiple shops. Amenities were great"
