"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel, gerade die Außenanlagen ist sehr schön. Die Gastronomie, vor allem das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit einem Auto, welches kostenfrei geparkt werden kann, konnte man die Gegend gut erkunden. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. :)"

"We spent at Castello Village Resort one week in September. We have the best memories of our stay. The hotel staff (receptionists, waiters, bartenders) were very nice and helpful. Our room was clean, towels were changed daily. Meals were delicious and plentiful. Of course you can find hotels with more food selection but for us variety of dishes and drinks was sufficient. "Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal. Alle sprechen gut englisch und man fühlt sich wohl. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keinen frischen Orangensaft zum Frühstück gibt und nur Filterkaffee oder aus einem Automaten. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Dafür punktet das Hotel mit seiner gepflegten Anlage und der Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit, wie ich es selten erlebt habe. "

"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."
