"Great hotel — so convenient and staff were excellent — fantastic exercise room and SPA — it’s a very costly hotel compared to others nearby but for the quality, amenities and convenience it is worth it."

"Le personnel à la réception était gentil, attentionné et courtois. Le restaurant de l’hôtel étant fermé, il nous a réservé une table à un restaurant à 5 minutes de marche de l’hôtel. Il nous a aidé avec l’impression des billets d’embarquement de notre avion. Le service de navette est efficace. La chambre était propre mais les oreillers un peu durs. Beaucoup de choix au déjeuner et le café était excellent. Somme tout, un hôtel idéal pour ceux qui veulent être proche de l’aéroport de Malpensa-Milan mais trop loin de la ville de Milan."
