I browsed through many hotels & made the perfect decision to stay in Hotel Old Town Strategic location, very close to main attractions and public transports, in the heart of Sarajevo Old Town - can easily find places to eat and shop. Very very friendly and helpful staffs who'd make you feel welcomed instantaneously. Neat tidy & spacious room. Breakfast is included - gives you a taste of Bosnian morning delicacies. "Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10"

"Loved the beautiful interior design and decor, from architect to artwork across all areas, a lot of thought went into making the place feel like home while elevating the experience. Perfect location, a quick walk into center of Baščaršija without the heavy traffic and noise. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and always ready to help. Everyone speaks English. The room and bathroom was a bit small, but to be expected across Europe. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!"
