"The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. "Externally looks great but interior fittings are poor for this old building. Wifi is poor and kept cutting off for no apparent reason. Bathtub was dirty as appeared never been cleaned. TV reception is poor on a small tiny 24 inch size screen. Breakfast has improved with some variations but presence of houseflies appeared unhygienic. Housekeeping staff are erratic and sometimes did not even change bath towel or replace items used. Only a few odd wardrobe hangers per room. Disposable sandals are a joke. Valid for very short stays "
