"We were super surprised at how awesome everything was at the hotel. Lily and Roland took care of us with a smile on their face and genuine welcome when we arrived. Room was great for the price and more expensive properties were all around us. The breakfast was awesome and had everything but the waffles, which was fine for us. We saved several hundred dollars by staying here and it was greatly worth it! 10/10"

"We had a quiet, good night of sleep. Great coffee and view of the mountains! Difficulty at airport getting the shuttle but good service on return trip."

"Overall good experience for a short 3 day stay: close to the airport, decent breakfast, pool was clean, staff is friendly and accomidating, bed was comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. House keeping is not daily, but they will replace towels/bedding as needed, just let the front desk know. We did not use the shuttle service, but did see it depart/arrive regularly. There is a daily parking fee, but it was just $8/day."

"Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible"

"First walking in the hotel smells amazing! The staff was attentive. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, beds and pillows great. Pool was just right. Really enjoyed this hotel. Hope to stay again soon!"

"Upon check in the man at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending towards the customers in line in front of me. In my time standing there I saw interactions with 2 other guests, a phone call as well as a meal delivery service. The only person treated like they weren't an idiot was the man delivering the staff members taco bell. It was uncomfortable to say the least. My room was clean but the bathroom was not.
