"I asked for a later checkout (due to being screwed by Frontier airline delays and arriving a 4am). The night attendant told me I had to call the morning attendant before checkout time to get that approval. I accidentally woke around 9:00 a.m. and asked for a checkout extension. She said the best that she could do was 11:30 a.m. I'm thinking that an airport hotel should have a noon check out time for all guests as the standard. The shuttle comes every half an hour and it leaves from the hotel on the half hour... so, 7 or so minutes after it leaves the hotel it will show up to pick you up at the airport. It's really nice that they have this available 24 hours. This is actually the second time I stayed here. And it's mainly because of the price and the reliable shuttle. The rooms are pretty nice, it feels like they did it right the first time. That being said, my tub did have a crack running down from the handicap rail, and the shower head had a pathetic amount of pressure."

"Good location close to airport. Was disappointed there is an overnight parking fee without using its shuttle service to the airport. Parking lot was really not that secure for the price. People not staying at the property can walk in and out of parking lot easily. Front desk person was professional but not overly friendly and not very informative about the property. We did have an amazing bartender. He ended up giving us happy hour prices even after happy hour had just ended. Overall the property seemed newer, clean, beds were very comfortable and rooms were very quiet deducted a couple of starts due to the parking fee and front desk service."

"The room we stayed in was clean and freshened up. Only thing is, no trash bags were in the room I stayed in. I wasn’t there long, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. I would be loved to have breakfast, but only from 6am-9am is a bit too early for me as I am not an early riser. Air conditioning was nice to use as well. Overall, I prefer Holiday Inn’s so I had a wonderful stay for the short time I was there."
