"the facility was old and out dated, there was supposed to have breakfast for us and they did not, during the night is was noise in the room and a light outside the room kept the room lite during the night. bed was uncomfortable "

"The best part was Elliot’s Grill and Bar on premises. Quiet property until you open the door to the grill - wow! Full of people, laughing and socializing, $7 large mixed drinks, such a friendly and lively place! Room was clean and sufficient, not luxurious but fine. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. This is the place to stay if you are visiting the New River Gorge area of WV. "

"They claimed to have a restaurant when i booked the room.This is why i picked them because all the other hotels had breakfast included which have low grade food.I thought the breakfast should be better.It was not.The food at breakfast was low quality,very disappointing,,had trouble eating it ,I expected better than paying for such poor quality food.For this reason I would never stay there again or recommmend it to anyone.I felt misled and cheated.The room and hotel however was a good experience...
