Convenient location, just a short bike ride to the park with plenty of dining options in the vicinity. The room was comfortable with good AC, breakfast was a bit cold but the free use of bikes made exploring Sukhothai a breeze.

Great staff. Had an issue with reservation and they quickly took care of it. Property is convenient (2 blocks away) from main strip and historical park. They also include free use of bikes.

Great stay. Wished we had more time in Sukhothai. Hotel offered bikes but we didn’t have time to utilize them due to our schedule. Hotel is a little tired. Could use a few updates but was in a good location. Beds were quite hard but clean. Breakfast was provided with lots of options.

The rooms were a bit old and could be cleaner but the location of the property was perfect. The staff was very helpful and try their best to address all our requests! They also offer free bicycles which a great advantage!

What beautiful people working at the hotel!!! The service is amazing, they made me feel at home. I can't be more grateful to them, the hotel is very cozy, close to everything you need to do in Sukhothai, and breakfast is beautiful, if I return to Sukhothai I will surely return to this hotel.

My friend and I were stayed in Sukhothai Garden from 6 Aug to 7 Aug. The receptionist is great and very helpful, during our check in, he shows us the facility of the hotel and the attractions of Sukhothai old town, also the staff was help to carry the luggage as we stayed at third floor. The environment is quite, clean and surrounded by nice garden. They also provide the free bicycle for guest and the hotel location is great too. It is around 10 mins walk from hotel to Sukhothai historical park. The breakfast they provided also fresh with many variety, I would very much stay in the Sukhothai Garden again if I come back here.

The hotel is very nice and I warmed up to the staff by me second day! Especially when I spoke a little Thai with the cold in the morning! It is a little old, but the value for price is a steal! Definitely would give 4 or 5 stars!

Great Stay.
Spotlessly clean. Up to date. Well furnished and maintained. WiFi worked well. Ample buffet breakfast. Free coffee, water, tea and fruit (bananas) all day. Family-run and friendly. Good location - tucked away on side street (soi) 50 or so meters from the main road. Short walk to Sukhothai Historical Park. Great value for the money.

This accommodation is "great". We had a nice room with everything we needed located on the 3rd floor. Pleasant view from there. Not fancy but nice & clean. Breakfast was very tasty, the atmosphere quiet & staff very, very pleasant. The bikes were so fun! We biked along the paved trails taking pictures of Wats, amidst rice fields. In the morning as we prepared to catch our 7:30 bus, we were encouraged not to leave with out breakfast & handed a little packed of fresh little bananas for our journey. Highly recommend.

Excellent value for your money!
Being an expat living in Bangkok, we came for a long weekend stay. No elevators, and the typical bathroom type you find in SE Asia, i.e., the whole bathroom floor gets wet once you take a shower. Having said that, we were amazed by the clean a/c room with clean bathroom and hot shower, delicious breakfast with loads of fruit, kind and caring receptionists, and the quiet neighborhood. If you don't need a swimming pool, this place is the best cost performing hotel we have experienced in Thailand!

Very good experience staying here for 3 nights. Perfect location, very close to historical park. Free bikes are a plus. All the staffs were very kind and helpful. Breakfast were nice, and compliment coffee, tea, instant noodles and fruits were provided everyday. Recommend to all who wants to stay in Sukhothai.

Great location in Old Sukhothai, free bikes to go around the city. Breakfast is very good and plenty of food. Staff very friendly, even though one wasn’t speaking English very good she had some notes written down in order to give us tips and advices. Room was clean and comfortable. Super recommended place.

Great staff and excellent bike service for free. Only thing I would change is he breakfast--all the food is cold except one dish. Otherwise a great place to stay!

An oasis in the heart of the old city...
I really loved this hotel. The rooms are simple, but comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly. The location is perfect, on the Sukothai Walking Street, about a 5 mins walk from the bus terminal in the Old City, free bicycle use to explore the town and the Historic sites, really comfy pillows, and a delicious breakfast buffet! I couldn't recommend this place more!

Charming hotel with free bikes near old Sukhothai!
This was an amazing little hotel! The room was simple but clean. The free bikes made getting around Sukhothai so easy, and restaurants and a market were within short walking distance. Tea, coffee, and fruit were available all day, and the folks working at the hotel were kind and very helpful!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, comfy beds, central location. My only issue is the lack of good wi-fi in the rooms. Other than that, great value and highly recommended!

Lovely facilities, free bicycles, East and Western breakfast, AC, much thought given to guests comfort; located on quiet lane opposite 7-11 store and public Market, and 2 minutes on foot to Wintours. Bus office. Convenient for viewing Nuseum and the sites at Historic Park. Affordable and best quality even for backpackers!

Hotel has great location within old city walls and near ruins. Staff were exceptional from breakfast to helping us set up sunrise viewing and private tour to Sri Satchinali. Rooms had everything fridge, safe, great bath, were very clean and well appointed. Bicycles are the best way to get around and were included. Lom and Fon Kitchen highly suggested for lunch or dinner.

Wow wow wow! I've stayed at places from hostel to Hilton/Park Hyatt but this place is just wonderful: the best money you can spend. They say one can only get two out of the three: price, quality and location, however this place is wonderful for all. Within minutes on foot from the bus station (Chiangmai and Bangkok) and the Park Entrance. Terrific service. No rip-off tuktuk/taxi trips. Great breakfast (they made breakfast for us very early in the morning before everyone else without our asking and gosh it was an excellent one -- so much food that we had to tell them to stop!) Clean rooms. What more can I ask for the little money we paid for the rooms? I'd give this place a 10 out of 5.

Staff was very friendly and quite helpful. Good breakfast in the morning and free bicycles to ride around, make this place an all around great place to stay. I would certainly stay there again. All of that and a great location too!
