"I chose this hotel for my honeymoon stay after I saw a stunning video of the location on YouTube. I walked in with very high expectations and they delivered well over and beyond. Everything - from the warmest hospitality to superb rooms, amenities and special arrangements was perfect. We had the Riverside Pool Villa and it was stunning! We tried out their Spa and felt super refreshed after. I even secretly worked with the hotel and staff to set up a candlelight dinner as a surprise for my wife...

"Hotel was tranquil and reasonably clean. However, outdoor bathroom and gaps in the wooden windows meant there were heaps of mosquitoes even in the hotel room. The toilet which was located outdoors was also often wet during rainy season. Location wise, it was close to a number of tourist spots that our kids enjoyed. However, this also meant prices within the hotel and surroundings can be quite expensive. Overall, the staff were friendly and food was great. Not sure if I would recommend visiting...

"Only stayed one night, might be better for longer term stay as some bugs need to be worked out ( connect gas, have room ready, hot water on tap) About 6 villas on the property off the road to Ubud. Villa had large room (this had AC), kitchen and dining area and outdoor bathroom. nice garden and sm pool with views over rice fields and volcano (on clear day) in shared garden area- villa had privacy."
