"This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!"

"Room was very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in(since I did not get an e-mail with instructions). Note the shoe, kitchen, bathroom area is open to the outdoors- which was interesting at 30 degrees F. But it was in the exact location I needed and price was right. "

Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays.
