"what a disappointment to stay in a hotel with such great potential but obvious neglect. From the cold, unwelcoming staff to the dirty, dated rooms to the old ugly dining areas with big heavy curtains and dark scratched floors-the hotel is clearly mismanaged. The entire place needs a good scrubbing, fresh coat of paint, and new furniture in the rooms as well as the dining areas! (looks like 1970’s card tables from walmart) "

"There was confusion on the reserved dates. We were scheduled to arrive on Friday for two nights but should have been scheduled for Saturday arrival until Sunday. When we arrived on Saturday, the evening staff was rude and unhelpful because this was booked through Expedia. They would not move our dates even though they weren't completely booked on Friday so they were losing no revenue. So we paid for 2 nights for less than a 24 hour stay. "The hotel was in amazing shape, the staff was super friendly and super helpful. The concierge knew all of the good attractions to visit and had the ability to issue tickets while you spoke with her. The pool was very comfortable and the bartenders were super friendly and always walking around the deck to ensure your drinks were full!!!"

"Location was great! Rooms were clean and nice. Too many roosters roam the resort and crow at all times (sound machines help drown out the noise at night). Beach area was great. Christopher, the beach attendant who was there the entire weekend we were there, can be overbearing. He can use a seminar on how to be tactful in his tone about the beach chairs. Otherwise, my friends and I had a great time!"

"The folks at the counter, and the concierge desk were always so helpful and pleasant. There was a different person at the concierge desk every day, it was nice to get different opinions from them.
