I called at least 4 times to get a room rate for 10 rooms. The frontdesk said she would check with the manager and call back. Four times she never did so you lost the bookings. These bookings were attached to a venue in Sudbury that used to reccomend your hotel. They no longer do. The room was filthy with head oil stains on the headboard and the carpet smelled like dirty feet. The bed blanket was all freyed a nd looked like it was a king cut in half. The room chair had a huge stain on it as did the rug. We had asked for a room close to the elevater as my sister is disabled and she sent us to the last room at the end of the hall. We had to be .moved.when leaving the hotel there was a small lip on the walkway which is not up to code and my sister fell and broke her ankle. Needless to say we were not thrilled with your accommodation. We will decide if any further action will be taken from our lawyer s.
