"The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned and comfortable. The breakfast is not that good. Not much variety. Currently just right outside the hotel there is a construction of the new train systems . Thus caused the entire road along the Petchburi road to jam up heavily. Moving around that road by vehicle can be frustrating. The shops around the hotel still accessible by walking."

"We enjoyed our stay the the Berkeley. Location to transit was close, the river boats nearby, and you are a block away from a shopping Mecca! Building is a bit older but no big deal, our room was so spacious! We weren’t bumping into each other. 2 pools and lots of views. We included breakfast and it was everything we needed"

"I have stayed at Samran Place every time since 2005 when it opened. It is amazing to see the constant improvements and updates they made to the hotel. The staff has consistently stayed excellent whether front desk or cleaning or cooking staff or management. They also have a very good restaurant downstairs that operates from lunch time on. t is always a very pleasant stay and whenever I go to Bangkok I plan on staying there. The BTS Rachathewi station is only 5 minute walk and Siam square is only 15 minute walk if you want to brave the heat and not take the BTS. Very centrally located. For the next few years it seems there will be a lot of construction in front of the hotel on Petcheburi Road as the ever expanding great public transportation system expands--currently the underground Metro construction is going on. I did NOT hear construction noise in my room and construction is during work hours only. Again I enjoyed my stay and many thanks to management and staff for making stay so pleasant."

My family n I hv been staying this hotel for all the years when we holidaying in BKK. Centara Grand is our only choice hotel in Bangkok"

"We had such a great stay at the Siam Kempinski. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming — check-in was smooth, we got a really nice welcome drink, and our room was ready not long after 3 PM. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and feels genuinely luxurious. The room was spotless and super comfortable, with really soft linens and plenty of towels. The location is also a big win — it’s right by some of Bangkok’s best shopping malls, including Siam Paragon, which you can walk to via a bridge. It’s also very close to the Pathum Wan area, making it easy to get around. The staff and concierge were always helpful and happy to assist with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again."
