Since it was non-refundable and the last time something like this happened, there’s no phone number to call. "The room itself was clean, nicely furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. My only thing is that both the sink and the shower drain were incredibly slow. Also, nowhere to store your bags if you have a later train than their strict 11am checkout time. "

"The room was clean and comfortable enough, particularly the bed, and a great shower. The staff were great. But, access up two flights of narrow stairs was not the best for us. In fairness, staff did offer to carry our luggage up. I missed the part that said no lift. Also, it was advertised as ‘self parking included’. There wasn’t. We had to find a park on the street. No complaints, merely observations."
